Do you accept insurance?
If your insurance covers any of our services, we will provide you with a statement complete with diagnosis and CPT codes that you can submit for reimbursement from your insurance provider.  We do not bill insurance companies directly so payment is due at the time of your service.

Forms of payment we accept are: cash, check, Visa, American Express, Mastercard and flexible spending cards.

What types of treatments are best for me?
During your initial visit, your provider will determine which treatments are the most suitable for you.  For a professional recommendation prior to your visit, we suggest calling the office for a free consultation with one of our Wellness Coordinators.

How many treatments will I need?
During your first visit, your provider will discuss the number of sessions that they believe you will need to accomplish your goals.

On average, you should feel a remarkable difference within 4 - 6 sessions (based on moderate to severe cases).

If you are in excellent condition, generally, it may only take one or two sessions for you to see lasting improvement.

What do I need for my first appointment?
Since our treatments involve "hands-on" techniques, it is best to wear something comfortable and that you can move easily in.

Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork.  If you would like to complete this ahead of time, please call the office and we will fax or e-mail you the forms.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?
To ensure that you get the times and days that you want, it is best to schedule 2 - 3 weeks in advance.

Is it normal to feel worse after my treatments?
It is not uncommon for people to feel poorly following a treatment.  The general rule is to wait at least two days before judging the effectiveness of the treatment.  This allows any symptoms from the treatment to wear off and the benefits to become more apparent.

If you do not feel better three days following a treatment, we suggest calling your provider.
