Our instructors are seasoned professionals who offer you the highest level of care and knowledge. We cater to individuals with specific health issues, insecurities about working out, and a desire to learn proper form and technique. Our class sizes are kept intimate so that your instructors can provide you with the utmost attention as you need it.

SIZE - Our class sizes vary from "Private" (1 or 2 people) to "Semi Private" (2 - 4 people) to "Group" (5 - 15 people) but never more than that. This allows our instructors to provide personalized attention to each student when they need it.

RSVP - Drop-ins welcome but reservations have a guaranteed spot in the class and advanced notification of class changes.

Get Fit Kickboxing
Get in Shape...Relieve Some Stress

Learn basic techniques and punching/kicking combinations in this fast-paced, circuit-based workout.

Performed in a non-threatening, non-combative format, you will practice
partner drills, shadow boxing, and pad work, while doing plyometric, strength, core, flexibility and agility exercises, in-between.

Benefits: fat burning, weight loss, increased fitness and flexibility, reduced stress, improved circulation balance and speed, and higher self-confidence.

Dynamic Stretching
Yoga, Pilates & Isolated Stretching

A comprehensive, full-body stretch system that integrates yoga, Pilates and isolated stretching. This class increases both flexibility and relaxation. You will learn how to isolate specific muscles within the muscle group, while doing meditative exercises to help you relax more fully into the stretch.

Power Yoga
Ashtanga Style

A vigorous and athletic style of practice, power yoga realigns the spine, detoxifies the body, and builds strength, flexibility and stamina.

It does not follow a set series of poses, therefore, power yoga classes can vary from the next.

Mat Pilates
Core Strengthening and Conditioning

This class uses concentration and breathwork to create controlled movement through precision movements.

Intensity increases with the addition of props (rollers, small stability balls, and exercise bands) to improve core strength, balance, concentration, and flexibility.

This class is both challenging and fun.

Learn how to save lives. This 2-hour certification course includes the most current adult, child & infant CPR techniques, use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and first aid for choking.

Be Inspired to Live Your Dreams

Join us for an inspiring evening.  Share in the fun, exciting experiences of what it is to create a passionate and inspired life.  It is an amazing process that will open doors for you, change your lives and help give clarity to your life goals and dreams.  The possibilities are endless!

In this unique event, Dream Coach, Dianne Hill, will walk you through how to think about goal setting, writing your Life Dreams and Desires and thinking about your one-, 5- and 10-year goals or plan.  Secondly, you will be putting your dreams on paper by creating a vision of your personal goals and dreams that you will be able look at daily. 

This is the really fun part...you will spend part of the workshop getting your personal dream book or board started. 

In order to make the most effective use of your time, we have created a more intimate workshop setting, limiting it to 20 people.
